Architecture, Not Ornament
Slab doors have been a defining expression of modern design, unadorned from the beginning. Today, they’re moving modern forward by introducing subtle architectural definition.
Visual weight is giving way to more refined proportions. Shaker doors are becoming quieter. Slab doors are speaking up. Both are arriving at the same destination: architecture instead of decoration.
The Micro-Frame collection captures that shift. A slim architectural frame introduces shadow, depth, and craftsmanship without interrupting the clean geometry of the slab. The result is cabinetry that feels less stark and more refined, approachable rather than plain, and unmistakably modern..

A Lighter Perspective
Echo and Bashful expand UltraCraft’s collection of lighter, less-saturated stains that pair beautifully with painted cabinetry, natural stone, metal accents, and contemporary architecture. They are available across multiple wood species and with a variety of glaze options
Rather than dominating a room, these softer wood tones create warmth without visual weight, allowing other materials to share the spotlight.
Available beginning today, Echo and Bashful open even more possibilities for layered, modern interiors.
More Than Color
Paint has always delivered beautiful color. Now it can deliver texture, too. Every UltraCraft standard and custom paint color is now available on Oak, allowing the natural character of Oak’s prominent wood grain to remain part of the design. It’s another way modern design is becoming more tactile without becoming more complicated.
Touchpoints
Texture has become one of the defining characteristics of contemporary interiors. UltraCraft’s expanded Textured Melamine collection reflects that shift with three beautiful new finishes—Caraway, Carini Walnut, and Revere—along with the introduction of Townes, a narrow-frame five-piece door that places even greater emphasis on grain and texture. We’ve even expanded our offering of finishes on Martin, a contemporary 3-piece door. Beautiful design should be seen and felt.
Color Story
Three new standard paint colors. Whatever your mood.
Abbey: A canvas for light. A softer alternative to bright white cabinetry. Works beautifully with natural wood accents, stone surfaces, and layered textures. Available with all glazes, Linen, and distressed finishes.
Sanctuary: A place to rest. A muted sage-green that reflects the growing demand for nature-inspired interiors. Pairs naturally with light woods, warm metals, and organic-modern design. Available with all glazes, Linen, and distressed finishes.
Foundry Blue: A confident statement. A rich navy blue that delivers depth, contrast, and sophistication. A timeless new color. Available with Vintage distressing, but no glazes at this time.
Chosen to complement today’s layered material palettes, these colors pair beautifully with wood, textured melamine, acrylics, stone, and metal.
Acrylics Move Light
Acrylic surfaces speak in reflection. Every room could begin with simple assessments: should this area reflect light or absorb it?
High-gloss finishes amplify natural light, adding brightness, energy, and visual depth. UltraMatte finishes have a velvety, low-sheen surface that quietly absorbs light. Metallic finishes introduce subtle sparkle beneath the surface, adding dimension that changes throughout the day.
Because acrylic pairs beautifully with wood, textured melamine, and metal and glass cabinetry, you can combine materials without sacrificing a cohesive modern aesthetic.
With eleven new finishes, UltraCraft now offers 30 acrylic options spanning high-gloss, matte, metallic, and linear patterns—allowing even more freedom to personalize contemporary interiors.
Reveal and Conceal
Metal-framed doors have become one of the architectural elements of contemporary design. Refined profiles, illuminated interiors, and carefully selected glass transform cabinetry into integrated architecture.
UltraCraft’s Metal Program includes four contemporary door styles, seven metal finishes—including new Arctic Silver and Bronze Matte—and thirteen glass options that range from crystal clear to fully opaque. You can reveal favorite collections, soften the look of everyday storage, or conceal cereal boxes and peanut butter jars.
Combined with our Aurora LED cabinet lighting, glass shelving, and a selection of low-profile finger pulls, this is a complete design system that brings contrast, light, and character to modern interiors.
